Q1: How to choose my size ?
A1: All jerseys we sell on the site are in European size. If you are not sure about what size to choose, please refer to our size   chart.



Q2: When can I expect my order?
A2: We usually ship an order out within 1-5 working days (excluding weekends).

       Handling time: 1-5 working days. Order over 15 items may take a little longer

       Transit time: You may expect to receive your order within 5 -15 business days. It depends on which shipment method you use.



Q3: How do I know whether my payment is received or not?
A3: Once your payment is received, you will get a confirmed email from us. You can also check your order status by My Account > Order History.



Q4: How does the wholesale price work?
A4: If you buy lots of jerseys, you will get our wholesale price. You could view some details on the sale promotion page.The more you buy, the more discount off. You can also contact our customer service to get a discount of extra off or ask for free jerseys after you make the order.



Q5: Why was my credit card payment failed?
A5: 1.Make sure you use a JCB,Master or Visa Credit Card. 

     2.Make sure you enter a right credit card number, Shipping address should same as billing address .

     3.Please call your bank and ask them about that. As we known, some banks may refuse to transfer payment to China Bank Account .

     4.Our site accepts US Dollars only. Please make sure your account have enough money for the order because your bank may charge you internaitonal exchange rate and commission charge.



Q6: Why was I overcharged?
A6: We only charge the total amount of your order and the extra charge may be the international exchange fee and handling fee charged by the issuing bank. You could contact us to get more details.



Q7: How can I cancel my order which is already paid?
A7: You need to contact us to cancel. If the item in your order has not been printed or shipped, we will cancel it for you.

 


Q8: How do I track my order?
A8: After your order is shipped, we will send you an email to keep you informed. So please make sure you provide the correct email address and add our email address to your whitelist.

    You can also track your package on our site: Sign In>Orders History, and you will find tracking information in your Order Details.

    If there are multiple items in an order, they will be divided and shipped in different packages which will have separate delivery dates and tracking information.



Q9: How to get 2xl jerseys?

A: If you want to get 2xl jerseys, please ask for service mail.

 

Q10: How do I change my order?

A: You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process. Please contact a customer service online chat or send email to Dosoccerjersey@hotmail.com

as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. If you do not receive a response from us by email to confirm the order change, we probably have not made the changes. We cannot change, cancel, or correct your order in any way after it has entered our shipping process.
